I tap into the power of the written word to create an instant bond with your audience and ultimately to change what they believe. But words are only part of the formula. Carefully crafted strategies support every creative message you see.
I am a marketing communications strategist who believes in the power of doing good. For the past decade, I have worked to support educational organizations, including my current role as marketing communication manager at the Texas Association of School Boards.
I believe that nonprofits deserve quality marketing that helps them reach their goals of growing membership, raising funds, or increasing awareness about a cause. In 2015, I started freelance consulting with mission-focused organizations. A lifelong learner, my current interests include diversity and inclusion, U.S. history, and etymology.
I have an MS in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s degree in English writing and rhetoric from St. Edward’s University. Currently, I live in Austin, Texas with my husband, two sons, and feisty cat, Rocket.
